Classes
At Peacock Pole Art we welcome all fitness levels! All of our regular pole classes are mixed levels, so anyone can attend any regular pole class on the schedule.
You may wear workout clothes, but always a good idea to bring shorts and a yoga mat. No fresh lotion or oil before class. Please remove jewelry and rings before poling.

Pole Dance/Fitness
Pole Dance/Fitness
A pole dance class is a fun and challenging way to get fit. It combines elements of dance, strength training and gymnastics to create a full-body workout. The class typically starts with a warm up and stretching followed by a series of choreographed moves and spins around the pole. As your pole skills progress, more difficult moves are introduced such as inversions and climbs. Throughout the class, the instructor will provide guidance and encouragement to help you reach your fitness goals. Any class labeled "Pole Dancing" is suitable for all levels from beginner to advance as they are mixed level classes.
Elastica Contortion
Get bendy like elastic! Our contortion classes focus on safely stretching and strengthening the body to achieve extreme flexibility; Often used by pole artists, circus performers and dancers.
You will learn how to use your flexibility to perform various contortion poses
such as front splits, over splits, side splits, needle scale, forearm stands, back bends etc.
All levels of flexibility welcome, from novice to advanced.
